"He can call me Flower if he wants to..."

At this moment in time I am watching Disney's 1942 classic, Bambi. It may be almost 70 years old but it is clearly a timeless classic. Not a single line seems to be unquotable, and for animation from the 40's, although simple, it really is brilliant.

Fun facts about the film 'Bambi'
1. Bambi was released in 1942 despite the War
2. Thumper was voiced by Peter Behn, who was just 4 at the time
3. It was re-released in Cinemas 8 times.
4. Bambi was only Disney's fifth full length animated feature film

5. Disney shipped in real animals from zoos to help them correctly draw and animate the animals.
6. Disney changed the species of deer from Roe deer (like in the original Austrian book by Felix Salten) to White-tailed deer which are more commonly known by Americans.
